If you are located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable consumer protection laws.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund under the statutory right of withdrawal.

If your withdrawal request is submitted within 14 days of delivery, you may be entitled to:

• A refund of the returned item(s);

• A refund of the 'standard' shipping charge paid at checkout. 

Refunds will include the cost for standard shipping only. Please note, Express shipping services are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees and government levies are non-refundable by Rogue Season. Customers may be able to recover these charges directly from the relevant customs or tax authority where permitted by local laws.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In this case, please contact our customer service team via customer@rogueseason.com

Important Return Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and hygiene stickers intact. For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused where hygiene seals, protective liners or hygiene stickers have been removed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These rights apply only to customers located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein and do not affect any additional rights available under local consumer protection laws.
